Refund and Return policy

  1. Check Eligibility

    • Ensure you are within the 30-day window from the day you received the product. If more than 30 days have passed, refunds or exchanges will not be offered. The refunds are free for every order.

  2. Prepare Your Order Details

    • Gather your order number, You may also need to have a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund or exchange.

  3. Contact Us

    • Reach out to info@novao.us to start the return or exchange process. Include the following in your email:

      • Order number

      • Description of the issue or reason for return/exchange

      • Photos (if applicable) to support your claim

  4. Wait for Response

    • Our team will respond to your request. We’ll review your case and provide instructions for the next steps. This may include a return shipping label if needed.

  5. Return the Product

    • If applicable, follow the return instructions provided, including packaging and shipping the product back to us.

  6. Refund/Exchange Processing

    • Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process the refund or exchange.

      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

      • Exchanges will be processed according to availability and your preferences.

  7. Confirmation

    • You will receive confirmation once the refund or exchange has been completed.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available after the 30-day period.

  • The refund will be returned via the same payment method used for the purchase.
